Gary Frenkel has been working in the interactive space for over ten years. He excels in building and motivating teams, identifying and developing talent, communicating technical issues to non-technical users, and meeting critical deadlines and budgets in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a track record of quickly recognizing, evaluating and deploying new technologies.

Currently, he is Director of Product Integration at Fox Interactive Media (FIM). He manages the implementation process across a broad range of applications and system integrations on MySpace.com and other FIM properties. He is the primary operational liaison between Google and FIM on a $900M search and contextual advertising partnership.

Previously, Gary served as Director of Production for Fox Sports Interactive (FSI). He was responsible for the scheduling and supervision of approximately 40 full-time employees across design, project management, engineering, database administration, and quality assurance. Working closely with senior managers across FSI's functional groups, he prioritized and mapped all project initiatives to production & technology resources. He also acted as primary liaison between FSI and its external content providers and technology partners.

Prior to joining FIM, he was Executive Producer of CSTV/CollegeSports.com. He managed the day-to-day operations and the development of new functionality and applications.

Gary began his interactive career with the San Francisco Giants. As Internet Operations Manager, he created, developed and supervised the team's web site, leading them through five redesigns and three sweeping technical/architectural overhauls.

He has also consulted on dozens of web projects for clients such as HBO, The New York Times, powerHouse Books, Clinique, BMW, Sony, Golf Digest, Wired Magazine, American Museum of Natural History, Starwood Hotels, MasterCard, and Golden Books.

Gary is a graduate of Oberlin College and an alum of Teach for America.
